Inspiration: When I came across this lamb in the field at Staverden Estate (NL), I was moved by its soft energy. You usually see paintings of lambs jumping in the meadow, happy and in their element. In this portrait, I wanted to capture more personality and connection and the light illuminating its soft woolen coat. A portrait in which I wanted to capture the love for the animal.
