INSPIRATION: in the woods I listen in amazement to the many birds that sing their concert. I often wonder which little tits hop around between the branches. I don’t often see a matkop, because they are so small and fast. The encounter with this matkop inspired me to make this illustration, partly because of the beautiful winter colors of the forest.
